TCR increases the number of reefer plugs available in the terminal TCR continues to improve its service offer to support the supply chain of perishable goods, which require controlled-temperature transport and storage: 80 new reefer plugs have been installed to satisfy operational requirements and ensure continuity in the power supply of reefer containers.   TCR – Terminal Container Ravenna confirms its vocation of special port for special products and pole of excellence for perishable goods trades, as it continues to invest to provide the best possible service, through a new structure which will substantially increase the number of reefer plugs available in the terminal. With this new structure, the total number of electric plugs dedicated to reefer containers will reach 250 units, which represents a relevant number, considering the size of the terminal. With this upgrade, TCR will be able to guarantee power supply continuity during the peak season, when a higher number of units is handled and temporarily stored in the yard.
