CICT da il benvenuto alla nave Satie, per il suo primo scalo a Cagliari

On Wednesday November 18th Cagliari International Container Terminal (CICT), Contship Italia Group Sardinian transhipment hub, welcomed the maiden call of the m/v Satie.


With a length of 222 metres and a nominal capacity of 2,824 TEUs, this ship is deployed by Hapag Lloyd along the Levante Express Service (LEX), a string connecting ports in Italy, Egypt and Turkey. M/V Satie was berthed in Cagliari in the afternoon, upon arrival, and concluded operations less than 24 hours later.

Following tradition, crest delivery for the ship's maiden call at CICT was held aboard m/v Satie, while operations were proceeding. Stefano Dessi (CICT Planning coordinator) and Leandro Ferrari (Customer Service Manager) hosted the event on the bridge presenting captain Bogdan Zien with the CICT customized crest. M/V Satie completed the operations in the morning of the following day, leaving Cagliari on schedule for her next destination.
