This Web Site has been prepared for the purpose of providing certain information on activities carried out by Contship Italia S.p.A., its subsidiaries La Spezia Container Terminal S.p.A., Medcenter Container Terminal S.p.A., Sogemar S.p.A., etc (hereinafter collectively referred to as CSI Group). 

This Web Site in particular is intended to provide to Clients of CSI Group information 
(a) on intermodal transport activities entrusted to and carried out by the CSI Group, also with the assistance of partners and affiliates. 
(b) on the accounts of Clients, invoices issued by CSI Group Companies and payments accruing and made. 

Contship Italia reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service of the Web Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Contship Italia shall not be liable to the Client or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Web Site. 

The Web Site has been compiled in good faith by Contship Italia, but no representation is made or warranty given (either express or implied) as to the completeness, exactness or accuracy of the information it contains. 
In this regard, the Client should always verify the accuracy and exactness of the information reported in the Web Site before acting upon it, by calling the relevant offices of Contship Italia Group or by verifying proper invoices, receipts and documents. 

By accessing this Web Site, the Client acknowledges that it shall not rely on completeness, exactness or accuracy of the information contained herein and agrees that Contship Italia is not be liable for any possible direct or indirect loss arising from an improper use of the information contained in this Web Site. 

Access and use of this Web Site are reserved to Clients and require the completion of a registration process. The Client is responsible for providing true, accurate, current and complete information about itself and keeping it keep true, accurate, current and complete at all time. 

Upon completing the registration process, the Client shall receive a password and account designation and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and for all activities that occur under its password or account. Only those persons who are authorised to utilise the Web Site within Client organization shall have access to the account designation and the password. 

Contship Italia, in its sole discretion, may terminate the account and password and may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Web Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice. 
The copyright in the information contained in this Web Site belongs to and remains with Contship Italia. Access to information does not imply a licence to reproduce and/or distribute this information and the Client is not allowed to do any such acts without Contship Italia's prior consent. 

Use of the Web Site by the Client is at its own risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available"" basis. Contship Italia expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 
Contship Italia makes no warranty that the service will meet the requirements of the Client, the services of the Web Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, the results that may be obtained from the use of the services of the Web Site will be accurate or reliable, and any errors in the software will be corrected. 
Contship Italia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from use or inability to use the services of this Web Site, unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data, or any other matter relating to the services. 

The relationship between the Client and Contship Italia concerning the use of this Web Site is governed by the laws of Italy and is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Genoa, Italy.

Privacy Statement for Non-Customers 
We make no effort to identify public users of our site. No identifying data is disclosed to any third party for any purpose. Data that we collect is used only for server administration. 
This statement applies to non-customer general interactions with the Contship Italia Web server. It does not apply to customer e-commerce interactions nor email sent to Contship Italia staff or lists. Any questions regarding the web site and the privacy policy can be directed to oneclick@contshipitalia.com. Email interactions are guided by general net-etiquette conventions. 
As it is typical, we log http requests to our server. This means that we know the originating IP address of an agent requesting a URL. We do not log the specific identity of visitors. We occasionally analyze the log files to determine which files are most requested and the previous site or user agent which prompted the request. Our logging is passive; we do not use technologies such as cookies to maintain any information on users. 
Logged information is not disclosed outside Contship Italia host site personnel. Aggregate (completely non-identifying) statistics generated from these logs may be reported as part of research results. The logs are permanently archived as raw research material.

About cookies

What is a cookie?
